THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:
The role of Account Executive involves supporting on the production of a number of projects simultaneously whilst continually building key relationships with clients. We are looking for an energetic, ambitious and dedicated individual to join Heart to deliver world-leading experiences and immerse themselves fully in all aspects of its output. Weâre a passionate and dedicated team and youâll need to share our values and believe in our vision for the future of events and experiential marketing.
Working closely with other departments (creative and production) across a range of projects and clients, you will be expected to support on various projects with the aim to be owning small-medium size projects. Weâre looking for someone who has their finger on the pulse of new trends, social platforms and culturally aware. You will need to demonstrate passion for relevant sectors such as music, sport and film.

Creative Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the project team on all administrative tasks necessary for project delivery e.g. contact meeting reports, payment schedules, hour reconciliations.
- Understanding internal processes and tools in the onboarding phase to allow smooth integration into the department.
- Working with the AD/AM to take initial project briefs and capture all requirements.
- Organise and participate in company âbrainstorm sessionsâ to interpret and respond to a project brief or tender.
- Contributing to presentations and documentation utilising PowerPoint, Google Slides or similar when required.
- Proactively support with client communications.
- Research new venues whilst keeping on top of industry trends.
- Develop an understanding of budgeting and critical paths.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Work on-site in a flexible capacity to ensure successful delivery of the live event.
