Are you passionate about engineering, hands-on learning, and helping the next generation of Engineers progress and achieve? We are looking for a skilled and motivated Workshop Facilitator to play a key role in the delivery of our Engineering curriculum. You'll be at the heart of a busy environment, keeping things running smoothly and safely, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain and organise workshop tools, machinery and materials
- Support staff by demonstrating, instructing and guiding students during practical sessions
- Carry out routine maintenance
- Manage stock levels and ensuring efficient use of resources
Requirements
- Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant vocational area
- GCSE in Maths and English
- A-Level or equivalent
- Experience of working in the Engineering or Education sector
- First Aid qualification or willingness to achieve within 6 months
