We are looking for a Lecturer in Hair and Beauty to join our friendly and inclusive team, where you will provide outstanding teaching to ensure that all our learners succeed and achieve their highest potential. We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who can promote a culture of excellent behaviour, motivation and high learner performance through excellent standards of teaching and learning. In addition, you should be an excellent team player and have a passion for supporting students to succeed.

You will:

  • Promote student progress, engagement and achievement, and ensure a high-quality student experience
  • Produce and manage individual learning plans to ensure every learner achieves their highest potential
  • Develop and produce high quality learning materials
  • Provide information regarding learner progress and feedback

About you:

  • You will hold a Degree in Hair and Beauty or related discipline
  • You will hold GCSEs A*-C/9-4 in English and Maths, or equivalent
  • You will ideally hold a PGCE or other full teaching qualification, but this is not essential.
