Hours: 25 hours per week
We have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our friendly and supportive Estates team at the Heart of Yorkshire Education Group. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and hygiene, creating a welcoming environment for all students, staff and visitors.
You will be required to:
- Supervise and allocate duties to cleaning staff on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Monitor attendance, arrange cover when required, and ensure consistent service delivery
- Carry out regular audits to ensure high standards are maintained
- Manage cleaning supplies, maintaining accurate stock levels and placing orders as needed
As a Cleaning Supervisor you should be confident, well organised, and proactive with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
You will have:
- COSHH awareness, or will be willing to undertake
- A Health and Safety qualification or be willing to undertake
- First Aid at Work, or be willing to undertake
- A good level of Maths and English
- Experience of leading a team
