We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join a friendly, supportive, and positive Apprenticeships team. The role is varied with lots of opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of apprenticeship applications and candidate data
  • Schedule interview sessions and support candidate onboarding
  • Provide support for events such as open days and employer engagement sessions
  • Update and maintain apprenticeship tracking systems, and provide support with regular reporting

As an Administrator you should be confident, well organised, and proactive with good IT skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • GCSE in Maths and English A*-C/9-4 or equivalent
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Experience in processing data
  • A Business Administration qualification is desirable but not essential

This is a diverse role where you will be building relationships with curriculum and support staff, and many other stakeholders.
