We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join a friendly, supportive, and positive Apprenticeships team. The role is varied with lots of opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of apprenticeship applications and candidate data
- Schedule interview sessions and support candidate onboarding
- Provide support for events such as open days and employer engagement sessions
- Update and maintain apprenticeship tracking systems, and provide support with regular reporting
As an Administrator you should be confident, well organised, and proactive with good IT skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- GCSE in Maths and English A*-C/9-4 or equivalent
- Strong administrative experience
- Experience in processing data
- A Business Administration qualification is desirable but not essential
