Responsibilities
- Arrange appointments and visit employer premises to deliver training needs analysis, interviews, assessments, inductions, ILPs, progress reviews, training, and assessment.
- Complete timely, accurate and audit‑compliant administration, maintaining learner files and tracking systems.
- Arrange off‑site learning, skills development and testing where required.
- Ensure correct registration and compliance for externally accredited programmes and deliver workplace assessment to awarding‑body standards.
- Deliver workplace assessment and support internal verification.
- Develop tailored training programmes and innovative delivery models to meet employer needs.
- Maintain high customer service standards through effective communication.
- Support employer engagement through marketing and promotional activity.
- Identify and recommend improvements to enhance provision.
- Undertake other duties appropriate to the role.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Qualified, patient and customer‑service focused.
- Minimum level 2 qualification in both English and Maths.
- All successful applicants must complete and pay for a Disclosure & Barring Service check.
- Completion of enhanced DBS, two references (including current or most recent employer), and qualification validation check.
- All staff required to undertake mandatory training (safeguarding, health & safety, GDPR, etc.) during probation.
