About the role

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting teaching and learning, working closely with class teachers to support pupils, deliver targeted interventions, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your patience, empathy, and enthusiasm will help pupils feel confident, supported, and ready to succeed.

No two days are the same. From working one-to-one or with small groups, to supporting behaviour, engagement, and independence, your impact will be felt every day, not just in a child’s learning, but in their overall school experience.

If you have experience supporting children in a classroom or educational setting and are looking for flexible supply opportunities where your skills are truly valued, we’d love to hear from you.

What you will need:

  • Experience supporting children in a school, nursery, or education-based setting
  • A kind, confident, and calm approach — with a genuine passion for helping pupils succeed
  • The ability to follow a teacher’s lead while using your initiative to support individuals and small groups
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A flexible and proactive attitude, ready to step into different classrooms and year groups
  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable

What we offer you:

  • Competitive weekly PAYE pay
  • Roles tailored to your lifestyle - day-to-day or longer term
  • Access to exclusive opportunities in great local schools
  • A friendly, experienced consultant who listens
  • Free CPD and ongoing professional development
  • A simple ‘Refer a Friend’ scheme
  • A warm, supportive agency that genuinely cares about you and your journey
