About the role

We are excited to be advertising a fantastic opportunity for an EYFS Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join a welcoming primary setting in the north of Sleaford, Lincolnshire. This role will begin in April 2026 and will run on a full-time temporary basis from Easter to July. You will be supporting early learners as they build confidence, develop key skills and enjoy their first steps in education. What you will need:

  • Experience supporting children in a school, nursery, or education-based setting
  • Clear, professional communication and a proactive, reliable attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively with school staff
  • A minimum of 6 weeks’ experience working with children in a similar setting in the UK
  • A kind, confident, and calm approach, with a genuine passion for helping pupils succeed
  • The ability to follow a teacher’s lead while using your initiative to support individuals and small groups
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A flexible and proactive attitude, ready to step into different classrooms and year groups
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential
