Role: Secondary Supply Teacher Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term) Start Date: ASAP / April 2026 Salary: £32,916–£45,351 per annum (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications) About the role Not every great teacher wants the same timetable, the same department, or the same pressures every week… and that’s okay. We’re recruiting Secondary Supply Teachers to support welcoming schools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas, with opportunities available immediately and into April 2026. We’re looking for confident, reliable educators who can quickly establish presence, manage behaviour effectively, and maintain continuity in students’ learning. What you will need: * QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK secondary setting * Strong subject knowledge and confidence teaching across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable) * A flexible teaching approach with the ability to engage students quickly * Confident classroom presence with effective behaviour management * The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own energy and professionalism * Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff * A minimum of 6 weeks’ teaching experience in the UK We’re fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
