Role: Primary Teacher

Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire

Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term)

Salary: £32,916-£45,351 per annum (depending on experience and/or qualifications)

What you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a solid track record of classroom experience in the UK
  • Confidence to step into new settings and deliver lessons with minimal handover
  • Excellent behaviour management and the ability to maintain a calm, purposeful classroom environment
  • Strong communication skills to quickly establish routines and build pupil rapport
  • A flexible, organised mindset and the ability to adapt smoothly to different school cultures and expectations
  • A minimum of 6 weeks' teaching experience in the UK
