What you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a solid track record of classroom experience in the UK
- Confidence to step into new settings and deliver lessons with minimal handover
- Excellent behaviour management and the ability to maintain a calm, purposeful classroom environment
- Strong communication skills to quickly establish routines and build pupil rapport
- A flexible, organised mindset and the ability to adapt smoothly to different school cultures and expectations
- A minimum of 6 weeks' teaching experience in the UK
