Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term)

Salary: £90-£105 per day (depending on experience and/or qualifications)

About the role

Whether you’re experienced or newly starting out, Heart of Supply is recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants across Lincoln, who want to make a genuine difference in the classroom. You’ll bring empathy, patience and enthusiasm to each day, helping pupils feel supported, seen and encouraged to thrive. From one-to-one support to small-group interventions and whole-class assistance, your role will be key to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment, and no two days will ever be the same.

What you will need:

  • Experience supporting children in a school, nursery, or education-based setting
  • A kind, confident, and calm approach, with a genuine passion for helping pupils succeed
  • The ability to follow a teacher’s lead while using your initiative to support individuals and small groups
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A flexible and proactive attitude, ready to step into different classrooms and year groups
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
  • At least 6 weeks experience supporting children in the UK within the past 2 years
