About the role
Primary Supply Teacher in Sleaford, Lincolnshire. The role involves supporting pupils to feel settled, confident and ready to learn, whether you are helping with early reading, leading core subjects or guiding older pupils through the school day when their usual teacher is away.
What you will need:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
- A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement
- The ability to follow pre‑set work while bringing creativity and energy to the classroom
- Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike
- A minimum of 6 weeks\’ teaching experience in the UK
