About the role

With supply demand set to rise after the October half-term, now is the perfect time to join Heart of Supply, a Lincoln-based education recruitment agency passionate about providing quality teachers to local schools. We are looking for passionate, adaptable Primary Teachers to support our partner schools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas. Whether you are an experienced teacher, an ECT looking to broaden your experience, or someone who values flexibility and variety, we would love to hear from you.

These roles include day-to-day, short-term, and longer-term cover across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. You will step into a range of supportive schools, delivering engaging lessons, following pre-set plans, and helping maintain a positive and consistent learning environment in the absence of the regular class teacher.
