Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term)

Salary: 90-105 per day (depending on experience and/or qualifications)

About the role

This is more than a classroom support role; it’s a chance to be someone’s constant in a school day full of challenges. As a SEND TA, you’ll work closely with a pupil/pupils who may have additional learning, emotional, or behavioural needs, helping them feel safe, seen and supported. As a SEND TA, you will need patience, resilience, and a flexible approach able to adapt your support to suit the child’s evolving needs throughout the day. Whether you’re helping them engage with learning, navigate routines, or build confidence in social situations, your calm and consistent presence will be key to their success.
