About the role
We are excited to be advertising a fantastic opportunity for an EYFS Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join a welcoming primary setting in the north of Sleaford, Lincolnshire. This EYFS Teaching Assistant Level 3 role will begin in April 2026 and will run on a full-time temporary basis from Easter to July. You will be supporting early learners as they build confidence, develop key skills and enjoy their first steps in education. This is a great chance for someone who is passionate about early years to make a positive impact within a dedicated and supportive school community.

What you will need
- Experience supporting children in a school, nursery, or education-based setting
- Clear, professional communication and a proactive, reliable attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively with school staff
- A minimum of 6 weeks' experience working with children in a similar setting in the UK
- A kind, confident, and calm approach, with a genuine passion for helping pupils succeed
- The ability to follow a teacher's lead while using your initiative to support individuals and small groups
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A flexible and proactive attitude, ready to step into different classrooms and year groups
- Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential
