What you will need:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
  • A good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils in EYFS
  • Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement
  • The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom
  • Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike
  • A minimum of 6 weeks’ teaching experience in the UK
