Contract: Full-time

Hours: 7:15am-5pm (reduced hours during school holidays)

Salary: £27,000-£33,500 basic (depending on experience)

Realistic first year OTE: £45,000-£55,000 (uncapped commission)

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools through regular contact, visits, and service delivery
  • Developing and growing your desk through proactive business development
  • Registering, interviewing, and supporting candidates through compliance and placement
  • Matching the right candidates to the right roles
  • Managing bookings, feedback, timesheets, and follow-ups
  • Keeping systems and records accurate and up to date
  • Acting as a consistent, trusted point of contact for schools and candidates

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience (recruitment, account management, business development, or another sales‐led role)
  • Confidence picking up the phone and building relationships from scratch
  • Strong organisation and time‐management skills
  • A proactive, resilient mindset and the ability to manage a varied workload
  • Clear communication and a professional, ethical approach
  • Someone who takes pride in their work and follows things through properly
  • Comfortable working independently, while contributing positively to a close‐knit team
  • A full UK driving licence (the role involves visiting schools across Lincolnshire)
  • Experience in education recruitment is helpful but not essential. What matters most is attitude, ambition, and the ability to build relationships.
