Salary: £27,000-£33,000 basic (depending on experience)
OTE: £45,000-£55,000 (uncapped commission)

Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools through regular contact, visits, and service delivery
- Developing and growing your desk through proactive business development
- Registering, interviewing, and supporting candidates through compliance and placement
- Matching the right candidates to the right roles
- Managing bookings, feedback, timesheets, and follow-ups
- Keeping systems and records accurate and up to date
- Acting as a consistent, trusted point of contact for schools and candidates
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience (recruitment, account management, business development, or another salesāled role)
- Confidence picking up the phone and building relationships from scratch
- Strong organisation and timeāmanagement skills
- A proactive, resilient mindset and the ability to manage a varied workload
- Clear communication and a professional, ethical approach
- Someone who takes pride in their work and follows things through properly
- Comfortable working independently, while contributing positively to a closeākānit team
- A full UK driving licence (the role involves visiting schools across Lincolnshire)
