Heart of Supply is seeking a qualified and talented Art Teacher to join our supply team, supporting multiple secondary schools in and around Lincoln. This is an exciting opportunity for both newly qualified and experienced teachers with a passion for Art and a commitment to inspiring students.
You will teach across the full ability range from Year 7 to Year 11, and A Level where appropriate, encouraging creativity, innovation, and engagement in every lesson. We are looking for teachers who can bring ambition, enthusiasm, and strong subject knowledge to the classroom.
As a supply Art Teacher with Heart of Supply, you will have control over your diary, choosing the schools and days that suit you, while we provide ongoing support and guidance to help you succeed in every placement. What you will need:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with recent UK secondary Art classroom experience
- Strong Art subject knowledge and the ability to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 is desirable)
- Confident, consistent behaviour management in secondary settings
- Ability to build quick rapport with students and colleagues in a new classroom
- A proactive, adaptable approach with a genuine passion for teaching Art.
- At least 6 weeks’ UK teaching experience in secondary schools.
