We work closely with schools and educators to deliver reliable support and a service people genuinely trust. As we continue to grow, we’re excited to be expanding our Lincoln-based team and are looking for an Education Recruitment Consultant to join us. This role is ideal for someone with sales or recruitment experience who enjoys building relationships, thrives on the phone and in person, and takes real pride in delivering quality as well as results. This is a 360 recruitment role, offering the autonomy to manage and grow your own desk, build lasting partnerships, and increase your earnings as the business grows.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools through regular contact, visits, and service delivery
- Developing and growing your desk through proactive business development
- Registering, interviewing, and supporting candidates through compliance and placement
- Matching the right candidates to the right roles
- Managing bookings, feedback, timesheets, and follow-ups
- Keeping systems and records accurate and up to date
- Acting as a consistent, trusted point of contact for schools and candidates
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience (recruitment, account management, business development, or another sales-led role)
- Confidence picking up the phone and building relationships from scratch
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- A proactive, resilient mindset and the ability to manage a varied workload
- Clear communication and a professional, ethical approach
- Someone who takes pride in their work and follows things through properly
- Comfortable working independently, while contributing positively to a close-knit team
- A full UK driving licence (the role involves visiting schools across Lincolnshire)
Experience in education recruitment is helpful but not essential. What matters most is attitude, ambition, and the ability to build relationships.
