About the role
Heart of Supply are looking for passionate Early Years Teachers who have experience in Early Years or are eager to gain it. Supply teaching offers the flexibility to match your preferences while giving you the opportunity to develop your skills across Nursery and Reception settings. You\’ll play a key role in supporting children at the very beginning of their learning journey, fostering curiosity, independence, and a love of learning through play-based and structured activities. We\’re working with a range of welcoming schools in Lincoln and the surrounding areas that need dedicated, nurturing teachers to help give their youngest learners the very best start.

What you will need
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with experience or newly qualified
- Recent experience teaching in EYFS (Nursery or Reception), or a strong desire to gain experience in Early Years
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and ability to deliver play-based, child-led learning
- Strong behaviour and classroom management with a positive, nurturing approach
- Creativity and enthusiasm to engage young learners and support their developmental milestones
- Excellent communication skills and a caring, approachable manner
