What you will need:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or pending completion of your ECT induction
  • A passion for helping children thrive and a willingness to keep learning
  • Strong classroom presence and good communication skills

  • An understanding of positive behaviour strategies and classroom routines
  • A minimum of 6 weeks’ UK classroom experience (placement or post-qualification)
