What you will need
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or pending completion of your teacher training
- A passion for helping children thrive and a willingness to keep learning
- Strong classroom presence and good communication skills
- A reflective, flexible approach and a readiness to adapt to different settings
- An understanding of positive behaviour strategies and classroom routines
- A minimum of 6 weeks’ UK classroom experience (placement or post-qualification)
