Heart of Supply is looking for dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support individual pupils in Lincoln schools who require additional help to reach their potential. You'll bring energy, flexibility, and a passion for helping pupils succeed, whether stepping into the classroom for a day or supporting a class longer term. With your confident teaching style and ability to quickly build rapport, you'll play a vital role in maintaining continuity and creating a positive learning experience wherever you go.

What you will need:
- Experience working with children in a school or SEND setting (1:1 experience preferred but not essential)
- A nurturing, patient and consistent approach
- A calm and confident presence, especially when working through challenging behaviour
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow guidance and use your initiative
- A willingness to adapt and personalise learning or support strategies
- An understanding of SEND, EHCPs, or SEMH (desirable)
