Responsibilities

  • The Place Safety & Resilience Manager will represent HOLBA within the Metropolitan Police Service Command Fusion Cell, supporting intelligence sharing, operational coordination and the early identification of risks affecting businesses, visitors, workers and the wider area.
  • Working closely with the Metropolitan Police Service, local authorities, businesses, BIDs and other partner organisations, the postholder will help translate intelligence and operational insight into practical action, ensuring HOLBA members are better informed, better supported and more resilient.
  • This three year funded role will split its time between supporting the MPS Command Fusion Cell and delivering HOLBA’s wider place safety, business resilience and member‑facing priorities.
