Looking for a role working in the heart of London, shaping a world-class West End? The Engagement Executive is a delivery-focused role responsible for high-volume, high-quality in-person engagement with HOLBA’s member businesses, supporting the successful delivery of the BID ballot campaign. The role plays a critical part in implementing engagement activity, maintaining accurate voter data, and capturing insight to support campaign delivery. Working as part of the Engagement team, the postholder acts as a key frontline contact for businesses, building and maintaining relationships to ensure they are informed, engaged and prepared for the ballot.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key frontline contact for member businesses, building and maintaining relationships.
- Plan, conduct, and follow up on proactive engagement outreach.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Capture and report insights on engagement activity to support campaign delivery.
- Collaborate with the engagement team to deliver high standards of engagement activity.
