This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a team of professionals supporting a range of pupils from 4 -19 years with a broad spectrum of need including physical disabilities, medical conditions and learning needs. We are looking for an exceptional Apprentice with a flair and passion for art to join our thriving art department.

As an Apprentice Art Teaching Assistant, you’ll support our experienced teaching staff in delivering engaging and inclusive art lessons. You will gain hands-on classroom experience while working toward a nationally recognised qualification in education. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in art education or creative support roles in schools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of creative art lessons across various year groups
  • Support individual and small groups of students to enhance learning outcomes
  • Help manage classroom materials, displays, and equipment
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Engage in training and complete coursework as part of your apprenticeship programme
