Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work:
Duties and Tasks:
- Develop content for social media, email, and blogs
- Write marketing copy and collaborate on graphics and videos
- Create, schedule, and post social media content
- Engage with followers and analyze performance metrics
Email Marketing:
- Design and send email campaigns
- Segment lists, personalise messages, and track performance
Market Research:
- Research market trends and customer preferences
- Present data to support marketing strategies
Campaign Support:
- Assist in planning and executing campaigns
- Ensure campaign consistency across channels
Data Analysis:
- Measure marketing effectiveness using analytical tools
- Prepare KPI reports and provide
Customer Service:
- Assist in answering inbound calls and on occasion make outbound calls to support clients needs
- Corespond with internal and external clients via email to complete day-to-day tasks
- Attend business networking events to capture moments for our social media platform and develop your knowledge on our clients
- Work with online platforms to assist our clients in making international transfers

Requirements:
Essential qualifications: GCSE in:

- Maths (grade 4)
