Heart of England Co‑op Funerals is a small, independent, regional business operating through 16 funeral homes in Coventry, Warwickshire, South Leicestershire, and Northamptonshire. Serving our client families to the very highest standards with our committed team of experienced professionals. We are looking to recruit a Personal Funeral Advisor for our Rugby area to achieve the aforementioned high standards through the delivery of excellent client service.
The role will require you to work effectively as part of a team, as well as being able to work on your own initiative and sometimes under pressure. We need a person who is caring as well as empathetic to the needs of our clients and our colleagues. Attention to detail is a prerequisite. Working a core of 20 hours per week, there will also be additional hours to cover holidays, sickness and participation in the Saturday morning rota.

If you’re successful in your application, we’ll perform some background checks as part of our pre‑employment screening process. These will include a basic DBS (disclosure and barring service) check.

Salary starting from £12,698 (pro rata for 20 hours per week), with an increase after twelve weeks probation, with additional hours and Saturday rota payments. OTE is circa £16k per annum.
