Heart of England Society is seeking a Team Leader for our Hinckley Food Store to guide a team across a part-time schedule (24 or 16 hours per week) on-site in Burbage. You will lead shifts, mentor colleagues and ensure top customer service while driving store performance.
This hands-on leadership role offers a clear path to progression toward Store Management, with structured training, accountability and ongoing support to develop future leaders within the Society.
