We are bringing Bewiched Coffee to Attleborough this April - and we are looking for an inspiring Supervisor to help lead our brand-new team. Heart of England Co-operative Society are opening a brand-new Bewiched Coffee Shop this April. Bewiched is known for vibrant coffee shops, handcrafted drinks, indulgent treats and welcoming spaces at the heart of the community. As Supervisor, you will help shape the culture, set the standards and support the team from day one. If you love coffee, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading people to deliver brilliant customer experiences, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Responsibilities
- As a key member of the leadership team, you will support the Shop Manager in running the store and ensuring every shift delivers the Bewiched experience.
- Lead from the front:
- Oversee day-to-day operations during your shifts
- Support, coach and motivate barista colleagues
- Set the tone for outstanding customer service and team engagement
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, drinks and food
- Build strong relationships with customers and the local community
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and brand standards
- Ensure a clean, organised and well-stocked store
- Support stock control, ordering and waste management
- Ensure policies, procedures and food safety standards are followed
- Assist the Shop Manager with administration and reporting
- Help drive sales and contribute to store profitability
- Play an active role in building a positive, high-performing team culture
Qualifications
- We are looking for someone who combines great people skills with a passion for coffee and hospitality.
- Previous supervisory experience in coffee shop, retail or hospitality is desirable
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays
