Something exciting is brewing in Attleborough. Heart of England Co-operative Society are opening a brand-new Bewiched Coffee Shop this April, and we’re looking for passionate Baristas to help us bring our signature coffee culture to the community. Bewiched is known for its vibrant, welcoming spaces, expertly crafted coffee, indulgent treats and genuine community spirit. If you love great coffee, enjoy creating memorable customer experiences and thrive in a busy, energetic environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
- As part of our founding Attleborough team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the customer experience from day one.
- Craft incredible coffee: Master the art of espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more, ensuring every cup meets our high standards. Learn and maintain Bewiched’s coffee standards and recipes.
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere: Deliver friendly, genuine customer service that keeps people coming back. Build connections with regulars and become part of the local community.
- Keep everything running smoothly: Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked coffee shop. Support your teammates during busy periods and work collaboratively to deliver a great service.
What we’re looking for
- A genuine passion for coffee, food and great service.
- A positive, friendly and can-do attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Barista experience is great — but not essential. We’ll provide full training to help you become a coffee expert.
