We’re bringing Bewiched Coffee to Attleborough this April – and we’re looking for an inspiring Supervisor to help lead our brand-new team. Heart of England Co-operative Society are opening a brand-new Bewiched Coffee Shop this April. Bewiched is known for vibrant coffee shops, handcrafted drinks, indulgent treats and welcoming spaces at the heart of the community. As Supervisor, you’ll help shape the culture, set the standards and support the team from day one. If you love coffee, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading people to deliver brilliant customer experiences, this could be the perfect opportunity.
What you’ll be doing:
- As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll support the Shop Manager in running the store and ensuring every shift delivers the Bewiched experience.
- Lead from the front: Oversee day-to-day operations during your shifts.
- Support, coach and motivate barista colleagues.
- Set the tone for outstanding customer service and team engagement.
- Deliver an exceptional coffee shop experience: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, drinks and food.
- Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and brand standards.
- Keep the shop running smoothly: Ensure a clean, organised and well-stocked store.
- Support stock control, ordering and waste management.
- Ensure policies, procedures and food safety standards are followed.
- Support business performance: Assist the Shop Manager with administration and reporting.
- Help drive sales and contribute to store profitability.
- Play an active role in building a positive, high-performing team culture.
What we’re looking for:
