Heart of England Mencap is seeking a Senior Support Worker for our Hampton Magna service.

You will be a driver, flexible under pressure, and show care and compassion to help customers live their best life.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in care.

This role is 40 hours per week with various shifts and an hourly rate of Β£13.91.

You will report to the Service Manager and support day-to-day delivery of high-quality support while promoting empowerment and equality.
