We're looking for caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our Respite Service team in Stratford-upon-Avon. Our respite home provides a welcoming, home-from-home environment where customers can build confidence, develop independence and enjoy new experiences in a safe and supportive setting. Respite can often be a customer's first experience away from home, making this a rewarding opportunity to help people learn new skills, build social connections and access activities they enjoy.

About the Role
Working as part of a friendly and experienced team, you will support customers with all aspects of daily living while promoting independence, choice and wellbeing. Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting customers with meal preparation
- Encouraging and promoting independence with daily living tasks
- Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing and grooming
- Administering medication
- Providing positive behaviour support
- Welcoming customers into the service and supporting check-in and check-out processes
Shift Patterns
This service operates a range of shifts across the week & weekends.
- 8:00am–3:00pm
- 3:00pm–10:00pm
- Sleep in shifts also available at rate of £70.47 per shift
About You
- Previous care experience is preferred
- A caring, positive and reliable approach
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including sleep-ins and weekends
- Full training is provided because great care comes from the HEART.
