Heart of England Mencap in Studley is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities live independently and participate in daily activities. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) based in Studley, Warwickshire.
You will provide personal care, encourage independence, and assist customers to access the local community. You will accompany activities such as the gym and swimming, and build positive relationships to promote wellbeing.
