Support Workers Needed
Hampton Magna (near Warwick) We have exciting opportunities to join our dedicated team in Hampton Magna, supporting several of our wonderful customers in their shared home. Our customers require round-the-clock support, and we are looking for both part-time and full-time staff to join us. This role has an hourly rate of £12.50.
Shift Patterns
We need people who can be flexible, as our customers' needs vary. Typical shifts include:
- Weekdays: 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 10pm or 4:30pm - 10pm
- Weekends: 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 10pm, or 7am - 10pm
- Sleep-in shifts: 10pm - 7am
About Our Customers
Our customers are all unique, with different personalities and support needs, but they share a love of music, food, the community, and getting outdoors. Some are independent with personal care and daily living tasks, while others require more complex support, including:
- Stoma care
- Intermittent catheterisation
- Complex epilepsy and seizure management
They need support to stay safe, enjoy fulfilling lives, access the community, manage finances, prepare meals, and achieve daily goals.
What We're Looking For
We want support workers who are:
- Female staff - We have female customers who are only comfortable with female support workers at this service.
- Car drivers - essential. Two customers have their own cars, so a manual and automatic licence is highly desirable.
- Active and energetic - you'll need to enjoy long walks and community activities.
- Flexible and adaptable - willing to work across shifts and support any of the customers in the home.
- Experienced - ideally with a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care, though relevant experience will also be considered.
