You may need to travel to our others services from time to time to support absence.There is 2 roles available for 15 hours a week (Thursday 9 - 4.30pm, Friday 8.30 - 4pm). The other role if full time, 36 hours a week, Monday to Friday with hours varying between 8.30am / 9am start - 4pm / 4.30pm finish.There may be opportunity to work a longer day and some Saturdays. You will support customers on a 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 basis to access the community and to participate in activities they enjoy this could include; swimming, accessible cycling and Karaoke.
In the centre you will support customers in a variety of sessions which may be; cooking, music, art, sensory story telling as well supporting with daily needs which will include assisting with personal care, eating and drinking and postural care.We have an extensive training programme in place to ensure that staff are supported to feel confident within their role.
