Heart of England Mencap is recruiting a Senior Support Worker for our Hampton Magna service.

This role is 40 hours per week on flexible shifts, and driving is required.

You will bring care and compassion to help customers live their best life, with ideally 2+ years in the care industry.

You will report to the Service Manager and contribute to delivering high-quality, outcome-focused support.
