About the Role
Working as part of a friendly and experienced team, you will support adults with learning disabilities to live independently, develop new skills and make the most of every day. No two days are the same. Your role could include:
- Supporting with personal care and daily living tasks
- Encouraging independence and choice
- Supporting customers to access the local community
- Accompanying customers to activities such as the gym and swimming
- Building positive relationships and promoting wellbeing
This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.

- Previous care experience is preferred
