We're looking for a Team Leader for our Food Convenience Stores covering the Nuneaton area (16 hours per week). This is your opportunity to move beyond a standard retail role and take real ownership-leading a team, driving performance, and building the skills to progress into Store Management.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, coach and develop your team to deliver strong performance
- Take ownership of shifts, including opening and closing the store
- Drive excellent customer service and make us the go-to store in the community
- Support recruitment, training and onboarding of new colleagues
- Manage performance, attendance and team engagement
- Control key commercial areas including waste, stock and labour
- Maintain high standards across availability, merchandising and compliance
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be expected to lead from the front and make decisions that impact the store's success.

- Experience in retail or a fast-paced customer environment
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience (or ready to step up)
- Commercial awareness and confidence working towards targets
- A natural motivator who can get the best out of people
- Organised, resilient and comfortable taking ownership
