We're bringing Bewiched Coffee to Warwick this August - and we're looking for an inspiring Supervisor to help lead our brand-new team. Heart of England Co-operative Society are opening a brand-new Bewiched Coffee Shop this August. Bewiched is known for vibrant coffee shops, handcrafted drinks, indulgent treats and welcoming spaces at the heart of the community.

As a key member of the leadership team, you'll support the Shop Manager in running the store and ensuring every shift delivers the Bewiched experience.

  • Lead from the front
  • Oversee day-to-day operations during your shifts
  • Support, coach and motivate barista colleagues
  • Set the tone for outstanding customer service and team engagement
  • Deliver an exceptional coffee shop experience
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, drinks and food
  • Build strong relationships with customers and the local community
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge and brand standards
  • Keep the shop running smoothly
  • Ensure a clean, organised and well-stocked store
  • Support stock control, ordering and waste management
  • Ensure policies, procedures and food safety standards are followed
  • Assist the Shop Manager with administration and reporting
  • Help drive sales and contribute to store profitability

We're looking for someone who combines great people skills with a passion for coffee and hospitality. Previous supervisory experience in coffee shop, retail or hospitality is desirable. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, strong communication and team leadership skills, confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays are essential.
