Help us launch something exciting in Warwick! A brand-new Bewiched Coffee shop is coming to Warwick, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to help bring it to life. In partnership with the Heart of England Co-operative Society, Bewiched is renowned for expertly crafted coffee, delicious food, welcoming spaces and outstanding customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the founding team of a new store, helping to create a destination that customers will love and colleagues will be proud to work in. What you'll be doing:
- Work closely with the Shop Manager to ensure the successful day-to-day operation of the coffee shop, leading by example and helping to create an exceptional experience for both customers and colleagues.
- Lead and inspire the team.
- Support the recruitment, training and development of colleagues.
- Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Lead shifts confidently, ensuring the store operates efficiently and safely.
- Foster a positive, inclusive and engaging team culture.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Champion Bewiched's high standards of quality, service and presentation.
- Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.
- Support colleagues in creating a welcoming atmosphere where customers want to return.
- Drive operational excellence.
- Assist with stock control, ordering and inventory management.
- Ensure food safety, health and safety and company procedures are followed at all times.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and product availability.

What we're looking for:
- Someone who combines strong leadership skills with a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Previous experience in a supervisory, assistant manager or team leader role within hospitality, retail or a coffee shop environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a busy environment.
