We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Project Manager to lead one of the Society's most significant strategic projects - the launch of our new brand identity and customer app.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a highly organised and commercially focused Interim Marketing Project Manager to join us on a six-month contract. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a major brand relaunch programme, working closely with senior stakeholders, external creative agencies and internal teams to ensure successful delivery. You'll play a key role in shaping how our customers, members and communities experience the Heart of England Co-operative Society for years to come.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of the Society's brand relaunch programme.
  • Acting as the primary contact for our appointed creative agency, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to brief.
  • Managing the development and launch of the Society's customer app.
  • Coordinating stakeholders across multiple business functions to ensure successful implementation.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, budgets and risk registers.
  • Facilitating workshops, presentations and decision-making forums with senior leaders.
  • Monitoring project progress, managing risks and resolving issues.
  • Supporting launch planning, colleague engagement and change management activities.
  • Providing regular project updates and reports to senior stakeholders.

About You

We're looking for a driven project professional who can confidently lead complex marketing and transformation initiatives. You'll have:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale brand, marketing or business transformation projects.
  • Experience working with creative, branding or marketing agencies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong project planning, governance and risk management skills.

It would be advantageous if you have:

  • Experience delivering a major rebranding programme.
  • Experience managing app development or digital product launches.
  • A recognised project management qualification (PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, APM or equivalent).
  • Experience within retail, membership or customer-focused organisations.
