About the Role
- Develop and lead an always-on digital marketing strategy across social media, email, websites, and a soon-to-launch mobile app.
- Drive engaging, personalised content that reflects our brand values - community, value, charity, ESG, and diversity.
- Shape our CRM strategy across the full customer lifecycle: acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and advocacy.
- Optimise digital campaign performance through analytics, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Champion innovations in AI and emerging tools to enhance marketing efficiency and creativity.
- Support our mission to be the leading community retailer by promoting programmes like Helping Hearts and Pennies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party agencies to deliver targeted campaigns that increase footfall, average basket value, and brand loyalty.
- Manage our digital coordinator/apprentice and marketing budget.
