We’re looking for a highly motivated Tech Sourcer to join our team. As a Tech Sourcer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and building relationships with top technical talent for our clients. You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to create robust talent pipelines and contribute to the success of cutting-edge startups.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and identify top-tier technical candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and social media.
  • Engage with candidates to introduce job opportunities, assess their skills and experience, and gauge interest in open roles.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand client needs and tailor sourcing strategies to align with specific technical requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay informed about trends in the tech industry and continuously refine sourcing techniques.
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics to optimize processes and improve results.
  • Represent Heart Mind Talent and its clients professionally in all candidate interactions.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in tech sourcing or technical recruiting, ideally with exposure to startups.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS systems.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies (e.g., software engineering, data science, AI roles).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a creative and resourceful approach to sourcing talent.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members.
