At Heart Mind Talent, we work as an embedded recruitment partner for ambitious European startups. Rather than running high-volume hiring, we act as an extension of our clients’ teams - owning the full recruitment process and helping them build strong technical foundations.

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who wants to move beyond transactional recruiting and work closely with founders and hiring managers to build high-quality tech teams.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across multiple startup clients
  • Proactively source and engage top technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other channels
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on market trends, salary expectations, and hiring strategy
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from first outreach to offer stage
  • Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes
Requirements
  • 4–6+ years of experience in tech recruitment, preferably with startups or scale-ups
  • Strong experience sourcing and recruiting technical roles (Software Engineering, Data, AI/ML, DevOps, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with multiple clients
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
