  • Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library that allows for quick iteration of prototypes and UI variations to speed up delivery.
  • Partner closely with engineering to ship high-quality work, reviewing implementation and iterating on the real product.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insight user research, analytics, session data and A/B tests to inform decisions and validate outcomes.
  • Craft high-fidelity prototypes to test concepts quickly and align stakeholders around a shared vision.
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap prioritisation, bringing a strong point of view on what to build and why.

  • Strong grasp of interaction design, information architecture, visual design and conversion principles.
  • A data-informed approach, comfortable using research and analytics to shape and measure design decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present and rationalise design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • Experience designing subscription, membership or other recurring-revenue products.
  • Exposure to data-rich consumer domains (e. g. fintech, media, entertainment, prediction markets).
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies and constraints sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineers.
  • Experience establishing or significantly scaling a design system.
