Heart Mind Talent are excited to be working with a London based Gaming tech company to hire a Paid Social Media Manager for their growing team. We’re now looking for a Paid Social Media Manager to help scale our client's reach, drive acquisition, and bring our bold brand to life across all major social media channels.
About the Role:
As our Paid Social Media Manager, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and performance of all paid social campaigns. You’ll work closely with our content, design, and data teams to launch compelling, ROI-driven campaigns that elevate brand visibility and drive user acquisition at scale.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, implement, and manage paid social strategies across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, X and emerging channels.
- Build and execute campaign plans aligned with performance and brand goals.
- Collaborate with creative teams to brief and test ad content (static, video, copy) tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns in real time — adjusting bids, targeting, creative, and placements.
- Report on performance metrics, insights, and learnings to key stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Stay on top of social trends, ad tech updates, and competitor activity to keep ahead of the curve.
- Help define audience segmentation strategies and work with data teams to refine targeting and lookalike models.
About You:
- ~2-4 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns in a high-growth environment.
- ~Proven track record of driving strong performance through Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms.
- ~Experience working on betting and gambling-related social campaigns.
- ~Strong understanding of audience targeting, A/B testing, attribution, and creative performance.
- ~Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign reporting, budget management, and optimization.
