This is not a traditional Customer Ops role. We are looking for a builder. As an Operations Associate, you’ll be expected to use AI to its full potential to streamline your own work. We believe the best products are built through in-person, high-context collaboration. We operate a hybrid model: 3 days in our vibrant Farringdon office for team-syncs and creative energy, and 2 days remote for deep, focused work. High Talent Density: No middle management layers. Just smart, high-agency people who move fast and think deeply.
About You
- You are likely an ambitious generalist who is 'technical-curious.'
- You don’t need to be a Software Engineer, but you should be the person who automates your own life with scripts, shortcuts, or AI tools.
- We’d love to hear from you if you have: 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Consulting, Product Ops, or a high-growth startup environment.
- A 'Builder' Mindset: You aren't satisfied with doing manual work; you want to fix the process so the work disappears.
- Technical Agility: You pick up new tools (Zapier, Retool, AI LLMs, etc.) faster than anyone else you know.
- Exceptional Communication: You can distill complex operational problems into clear documentation or Slack updates.
- High Agency: You don't wait for a playbook; you enjoy writing the new one.
